Boarding

We are a full care boarding facility.  At Morning Sun Stables we offer both stall and field board.

      Stall board includes everything a horse owner could want, including add on packages for when you are on vacation.  Services included in stall care are blanket changes, appointment holding, feeding of owner provided supplements, feeding 2-3 times a day, daily turn out, fly spray in summer, and night checks.  

     Field board is limited and our current boarders get first priority over field  board spots.  Field boarders have use of the whole facility.  Filed boarded horses are fed daily and are also provided round bales when the grass needs to be supplemented.  Field board includes holding for appointments, fly spray, tack room, etc.  All horses on field board are fed individually in feeding pens and are supervised.  This ensures that everyone can finish meals with our being bothered by field mates.  While we do change blankets for field boarders when necessary, we prefer that owners make every attempt to do so as well.  

    All boarders have use of tack rooms, wash stalls, washer/dryer, and trailer parking when available.  We have resident trainers on site, but also allow outside trainers with insurance.
